To fully comply with the new directives of the general data protection regulations (GDPR), your username becomes your personal and nominative professional email address.

We recommend that the first connection is made by the store manager. Indeed, this connection gives access to an administrator account, allowing you to create a personal identifier for each of your employees, then to manage these accounts according to departures and arrivals.

History, follow-up of orders and after-sales service requests

With our new system, you can now easily access and track your order history and after-sales service requests. These records are conveniently organized and separated for your convenience. You can view the details of each order or request, including the contents.

Additionally, you have the ability to track your deliveries with the carrier tracking feature. This allows you to monitor the progress of your shipments and view their routing information. You can also check the origin, status of the order, and the name of the team member who placed the order.

An enhanced and user-friendly filter search

You can easily utilize these filters to refine your search and narrow down the displayed results. Feel free to select multiple filters as needed. The results will be dynamically adjusted based on your selections, ensuring that you find the most relevant and tailored information or items.

Global view or detailed view

By default, our catalog is displayed in a global view, organized according to the model. This allows you to see the different variants of a particular model. The colored thumbnails accompanying each model provide a visual representation of the various colors available for that model.

However, if you prefer a more detailed view, as shown in the video, you have the option to switch to the detailed view. In this view, you will be able to see all the different variants of the model and directly add them to your shopping cart for a streamlined ordering process.

Catalog dedicated for spare parts

For each brand, you can access a catalog containing all available spare parts. This catalog can be combined with filters to further expedite your after-sales service experience. If you are unable to locate the desired part, a contact form will be available on the product sheet of the spare part. This form allows you to submit three pictures, assisting us in better understanding your requirements and helping you find the necessary part.
